Delete Your Rentahan.ph Account
If you would like to delete your Rentahan.ph account and associated personal data, please submit a request below. Rentahan.ph is a monthly rental property platform for property owners and renters in the Philippines.
Once your request is verified, your Rentahan.ph account and associated personal data will be deleted in accordance with our data deletion policy. Certain information may be retained when required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes (for example, transaction and payment records, and records needed to prevent fraud or abuse). Verified requests are completed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Profile details (name, phone, photo, address, bio)
- Property listings, photos and drafts with no rental history
- Saved properties and preferences
- Your messages (replaced with “This message was deleted.”)
- Verification documents, IDs and selfies — including the files
- Notifications, sessions and sign-in access
- Your login account
What may be kept (anonymized)
- Invoices, payments and utility bills (amounts, dates, transaction IDs) — with your name shown as “Deleted User”
- Leases, rental history, complaints and disputes that another person relies on — anonymized
- Signed contracts and payment proofs needed for legal or tax purposes
- Minimal security and fraud-prevention records where required by law
